Eaton's VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Sr MFG Engineer.**What you'll do**:Responsible of developing and Maintenance of manufacturing processes in compliance with safety, quality, lean manufacturing and customer specific requirements standards.A.Develops, updates and uses safety, ergonomic, quality and lean manufacturing standards.B.Revises and updates process documentation (PFMEA, PFD, WI, etc) BOC aligned to Eaton standard.C.Responsible of Monitoring and analyzing process performance (OEE, FTQ, Scrap)E.Responsible of Headcount analysis and equipment use based on customer demandF.Cost out projects ExecutionG.Cost avoidance projects by industry 4.0 (3D printer, HoloLens sessions)H.Leads Process change management using Change process (MCO)I.Designs and improves assembly tools and process testing.K.IATF 16944, OSHA, ISO ComplianceL.Actively Supports Plant initiatives (RIE's Cost out, EBS Pull)**Qualifications**:- Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering degree- Minimum 3 years' experience as Manufacturing Engineer- Minimum 2 years' of experience on automotive manufacturing company required**Skills**:- Self-Supervised - Little to no supervision required to obtain results- Problem Solving (A3, DMAIC, 3 x 5 why, 8D, 5 Phase, etc.)- Lean Tools (VSM, 3P, 5s+ &SW, & SUR)- Experience of assembly practices, tools and fixtures- Six Sigma/Black Belt as a plus- Manufacturing Systems Development- Automotive Requirements knowledge and core tools- ERP- PM Knowledge- AutoCAD and Solid Works knowledge- Bilingual (English/Spanish- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and make presentations- Knowledge of Computers, assembly practices, tools and fixturings.- Engineering Degree or equivalent- Manufacturing FinanceWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
