Sr. Npi Buyer

As an NPI Buyer, you are responsible to get new components successfully launched at the suppliers respecting Cost, Timing Targets, Quality and Capacity; aligning work with the project & engineering team to develop and agree cost targets for new components prior to Customer Quote.

You will conduct RFQ with global suppliers, negotiating best commercial conditions and procure materials for NPI orders in automotive industry. NPI Buyer is responsible for ensuring APQP's are effectively closed before sourcing committee and launching.

Achievement of cost, ODT, PPAP Approval, launching specific Tooling/Casting at awarded suppliers & meet SOP targets. Lead BOM buildup and maintenance including: BOM hierarchy review and buildup with PM, Supply Base and Mfg engineering according to product design and Mfg process design. Support PM on providing BOM cost management report with cost variance analysis.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business administration, international business or related
- Previous years of experience as NPI Buyer, Operations Buyer or similar
- Bilingual in English
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- SAP Knowledge preferred
