Job Description Summary
The Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence coordinates and monitor all Change-to-Win and Continuous Improvement activities, including owning the Change-to-Win and CI processes throughout the site. Lead and communicate with all stakeholders' cross-functionally in resourcing, executing, project management, performance reporting and decision-making process. Lead and train site on all existing and new CI methodologies and best practices.
**Job Description**:
As a core member of Site Leadership and the Operational Excellence team, this Sr. Manager will drive OpEx deployment at the plant. This individual should be a strong team player with highly developed communication and presentation skills. This position reports to the Plant Manager with dotted collaborating with the GBU/Region OpEx Lead.
Drive OpEx program deployment at the site Work closely with the site management to assist the site in their continuous improvement journey Develop a site level OpEx deployment plan including EMS (Enterprise Management System) strategies, Change to Win, Certification Programs, Best Practices Sharing, and others. Assists leadership in establishing baseline and target metrics for key processes. Work with site leadership in installing organizational supports for Operational Excellence (reviews, communications, rewards, etc.). Teach, coach and demonstrate proficiency in BDPS (BD Production System) concepts and systemic approach, including strategy development & deployment (SDD), core components, Zero Loss mindset and all related methodologies / tools. Meet or exceed CTW goals through leading and/or supporting Focused Improvement teams savings projects (Loss Landscape). Supervise a team of BDPS Practitioners and/or CI organization. Use effective change management techniques to drive and support culture and mindset shifts at a variety of levels in the organization.
Additionally, the Sr. Manager participates in other work activities in support of the various strategic objectives of the Company.
