Time Type: Full TimePosted: 2 Days AgoJob Requisition ID: JR-6119Role OverviewThe Planning team provides value by:Managing or completing supply planning based on sales forecasts, orders, and production data.Analyzing, controlling, and reporting on relevant KPIs, detecting plan deviations, and deriving recommendations.Developing supplier forecasts and determining logistical processes with suppliers.Analyzing order plans and critical timelines, and double-checking available materials, parts, or products in stock.Executing load balancing calculations and cooperating with other plants for optimized plans.Planning monthly or weekly production programs for the assigned plant(s).Calculating and deploying short-term (day-to-day) production plans for assigned production resources.The Senior Coordinator:Plans the material, machine, or personnel resources needed, in cooperation with local Plant or Warehouse Management.Initiates procurement orders and releases production or transportation orders according to the agreed plans.Sets up short-term resource plans, monitors process efficiency, and derives short-term measures when necessary.Cooperates with Maintenance, Engineering, or Production Management to identify deficiencies or improvement potential.About VishayVishay helps the world's most in-demand technologies come to life.
