Responsible to timely feedback on material availability and what-if scenarios. Manage KPIs.
Responsible to escalate and resolve o9 constrains (material and capacity)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage short-term and long-term production plans.Monitor o9 Demand Supportability reports.Release weekly production plan (review in agreement with Supply Planning)Manage finish dates on production plans.Escalate material shortages with Juarez Purchasing that impact demand supportability and delinquent backlog.Participate in discussions between ISC teams and Commercial team on trade-offs required due to supply chain constraints and develop action plan to mitigate the constraint impact.Communicate to sales and demand planning teams the detailed production plan.Capacity:Utilize o9 to analyze impact on earned hours and headcountManage short and long-term supply plans in o9 that align to business requirementsDevelop production plan recommendations to manage capacityPartner with key stakeholders on different capacity scenariosFinalize pre-build or level load plans.Implement and pre-build or level load plans by modifying o9 capacity as necessary.Feedback to Commercial Teams and What-if Scenario'sParticipate in meetings to support Customer events (Promotions, Plan-o-gram changes, NPI, EOL)Perform what if scenario's for future promotional opportunities and communicate options back to Commercial team.Provide frequent feedback on material availability to Commercial team.Provide frequent feedback of urgent product builds with production through shipping to DC.Respond to customer order inquiries with timely and accurate feedback.KPI Management:Partner with Juarez Ops team to ensure schedule attainment of o9 production planDrive best in class Retail service above 98% line fill while structuring material plans and supply chain execution to deliver Inventory objectivesReport on key metrics of DBL, Delivery, and Fill-rate and partner with Demand Planning and ISC team on KPI improvement actions.Escalate constraints impacting revenue, delivery, or inventory.OthersMaintain Planning procedures.Assist Supply Chain Manager and Materials Manager on other duties as required.Perform activities related to safety, and other duties assigned by the management to support business operations.Perform work assignments in a safe, efficient and ethical mannerSupport and provide results about training and awareness of employees in the objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements and operational controls to raise awareness about caring for the environment.Actively participates in the 6S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program regulations and carrying out the activities that are required as Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the committee.Actively participates in the Safety and Environmental Systems, ensuring compliance with the system requirements and carrying out the activities in which it is involvedConduct accordingly to ethic policy.Conduct according to the guidelines of the quality policy.Know the quality objectives relevant to their role and actively participate in achieving them.MUST HAVE: Supply Plan ExperienceForectast Headcound & Working hoursExperience in Customer Service (Internal customer as Sales, Marketing, etc)Supply Chain Constrains experienceVISA for availability to travelSAP knowledgeWE VALUE: Experience in O9 (Planning production system)Knowledge in APICS#LI-AM2
