We combine meaningful design, an entrepreneurial spirit, a dedication to improving accessibility for all, and responsible business growth to make things that matter - to people, to communities, and to the world we live in.We are proud that our products touch the lives of more than a billion people every day but believe we have the potential to do so much more.Overview:- Manage the production team, lines and assets appropriately in order to meet the safety, quality, delivery and costs targets set by the company.- Manage maintenance team, planning maintenance and upkeep operations of the plant equipment & building facilitiesManage the productive processes to ensure that the plant operates in a stable state and using the optimal settings in order to meet the safety, quality, delivery and costs targets set by the company.**Responsibilities**:- Enforce the safety procedures and policies deployed by the EHS team.- Meet the quality standards required to meet our customer's expectations and work with the quality team to find the root causes and solve any quality compliance issues caused by the production process.- Work with the project and manufacturing optimization team to meet the yields targets that drive the improvements in quality and output in the plant.- Meet the schedule and volume targets defined by the material management and planning team.- Manage the productivity and capex projects related to the production area, in order to meet the budget and required finish dates to comply with the savings targets.- Manage all productive areas of the plant and over one thousand hourly employees.- Set up metrics for the areas leaders and the supervisors.- Work with the engineering team on NPD projects to deliver them on budget and in time.Qualifications:College degree in an engineering field such as chemical, industrial, mechanical or similar required.Master degree in manufacturing, supply chain or business administration is desirable
