**Position Summary**:The Sr Planner leads the forecast conversations for each account while analyzing different KPIs to influence the line architecture and discounts to drive sales and margin growth for our wholesale clients. Collaborate and coordinate planning activities with key stakeholders both internally and externally for responsible accounts toward the achievement of financial goals.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Drive retail insights with Strategic Accounts and ensure the profitability of both Under Armour and our key retailers.- Turn sell-through data into actionable insights, drive marketplace point-of-sale performance visibility, and drive strategic plans to align internal key performance indicators with those of our retailers.- Reporting and analysis to detect opportunities and risks to develop business recommendations- Maintain 'ladder plans' for replenishment styles, make recommendations regarding receipts to ensure healthy weeks of inventory- Partner with sales, merchandising, and pricing teams on scenario planning for markdowns, RTVs, etc.- Generate scorecards summarizing retailer key performance indicators- Sell-in and inventory analysis vs pre-book per client to ensure a healthy in-house stock- Share information regarding product availability with the sales team to plan future POS.- Influence merchandising on the line assortment by providing feedback on product performance before, during, and after each season.- Participate and collaborate in the entire GTM process to maximize Open to Buy and Sell Out**Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**:- Strong analytical skills and a clear understanding of data-driven decision making- Ability to identify and synthesize complex data- Problem-solving skills to identify the root cause and potential solutions of reporting and forecasting anomalies- Communication skills to clearly explain forecast logic to cross-functional stakeholders.- Ability to lead with an enterprise mindset and to partner across business functions to drive results.- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. BI reporting tools and planning system experience a plus- Eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires performing under pressure- Proactive and solutions-oriented profile, always looking for ways to improve- Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills**Education And / Or Experience**:- 5+ Years' experience in Sales Planning or similar positions- Different forecast methodologies knowledge- SAP knowledge preferred- Familiar with market research and financial KPIs- Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills thinking out of the box paired with the use of rigorous logic**Other Requirements**:This position is hybrid 2 days per week in our Mexico City office.
