At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.- We are looking for a**Sr. Project Analyst****Responsibilities****The Opportunity**Support Growth Office Integration through commercialization data analysis, process management, and governance forum support.**Your Impact****As a Sr. Project Analyst your scope will consist of**:- Develop commercialization and integration dashboards, reports and tools- Create data-driven insights and analyses for complex, cross-functional business challenges- Concisely explain insights from complex data analyses via effective verbal/written communication- Migrate data across various forms and tools; importing, exporting, posting data- Pull data out of tools and synthesize for governance forums (new Intake Process)- Synthesize governance action plans and follow-ups- Prepare leadership updates, storyline and Growth Forum approval content- Manage governance calendars, invites, pre-reads and MS Teams sites (Growth Forum invites/attendee management, In-Year Growth Decisions invites/attendee management, OCWF notes)- Own and maintain commercialization and integrated calendars- Support Meeting Management (waiting room, attendee management, agenda)**Qualifications****Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor's Degree in a related field- 2+ years' work experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. FLNA business understanding is a plus.- 1-3+ years related commercialization-related experience such as commercialization, innovation, marketing and sales
