Additionally, HE/SHE will be responsibr leading effortswithin the Engineering Leadership Team, all E&T COE Tier 2/3 organizations,ISC GS&I, and Global Real Estate to evaluate tasibility of and buildestimatr E&T effort associated with GS&I-led repositioning projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead E&T teams responsibrevaluation asibility and estimation of site transition activitiesaffecting Aerospace Engineeriotprint and GS&I-led repositioningprojects. Lead team in execution oftransition projects through all STP phasesLead the efforts associated with Engineeringrepositioning knowledge capture and management to ensure a disciplined anddata-driven approach is utilizr assumptions and basis of estimate onall transition activities. Lead thecreation of a project knowledge base in alignment with theEngineeringStandard Transition Process.Aspart of the Leadership team of ES&I, lead the execution of the ManagementOperating System to drive effective communication, interfacing, andexecution of tasks & responsibilities between EOPS, GS&I, ISC, andSBU Engineering COEs.Partner with Engineering and ISCleaders in developing a leaner aster transition process driving corestrategic initiatives in support of creating a better approach to managetransitions and growth projects.Drive establishment, development andcontinuous improvement of the E&T Standard Transition Process toeffectively established truly relevant objectives and performancestandards. Lead and work with the engineeringorganization to drive establishment of a more robust process to streamlinethe development of all substantiation plar sourcing transitions,establishing clear goals to achieve significant productivity improvements.
