Sr Quality Engineer (Customers)

Eaton's VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Sr Quality Engineer (customers).**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Support the development of a quality culture trough Educating the organization to the need continues improvement & assuring customers of Eaton's commitment to quality.**Essential Functions**:- ** **Develop Process Control Plans & Review Data collection Methods- Interact with & Assist customer on quality Related issues.- Participate in & Lead Problem Solving Analysis & Report- Assist in the development of PFMEA and PPAP's- Assist in the preparation of customer required reporting- Actively participate in manufacturing & process improvement teams as the voice of the customer- Tracks Customer Review Score Cards and OEM's Customer Portals**Qualifications**:**Basic qualifications**:- Manufacturing Experience- Data Analytics & Statistics- Problem Solving- Fluent English- Negotiation Skills- Core Tools**Preferred**:- More that 5 Years of Experience on Automotive Industry- Posses Good Communication and interpersonal Skills & decision-making Skills- Good Auditing Skills would be Advantageous- Willingness to learn and travel**Skills**:**Additional Information**:- Travel : Visa & Passport ValidWe are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
