.Under the general supervision of the Talent Acquisition Sr Manager, this position is responsible for sourcing and providing management with competent and qualified candidates for vacancies in the company at all levels and in all departments. Identifies candidates, coordinates the selection process, and the interviews with company personnel involved in the recruitment process.Specific Responsibilities:Partners with Human Resources and managers to define the candidate's profile to fill vacant positions and to develop timely, cost-effective search strategies.Coordinates with the medical department to program the admissions exams required to fill the open position.Coordinates scheduling of psychological assessments.Coordinates the recruitment process, including screening resumes, arranging interview schedules, carrying out the interviews, and creating effective advertising, utilizing a variety of recruitment sources (e.G., print and Internet media).Follows up on hired personnel during their first month of employment to detect possible causes of desertion, to answer questions concerning the associate's position, and to orient new associates during their probationary period with the company.Maintains weekly and monthly statistical reports on the candidates interviewed, rejected, pending, and hired, as well as generating a weekly report of the hired personnel for the departments involved and for the industrial security department so that proper safety equipment can be obtained.Recommends solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation, and voluntary termination of the hourly personnel in Kohler Bajio.Works with Manager-Staffing to continuously develop and implement process improvement initiatives in the areas of recruitment and hiring.Checks and verifies the job applicant background information and references.Coordinates the recruitment office in San Luis de la Paz.Participates in job fairs and events.Coordinates HC for recruiting manufacturing roles.Skills/RequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION: Preference for a Bachelor's degree.EXPERIENCE: Preference for 2 to 4 years of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist.FORMATION: Preference for working knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications. Bilingual skills preferred.
