**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
Support the implementation of the Life Sciences strategy for Foods and Beverages Categories projects across LATAM while translating nutrition science into product and science based communication opportunities.
**Your Impact**
**As Sr. Scientist Health & Nutrition Sciences, **your responsibilities would consist of **
- Provide nutrition science input to key foods and beverages platforms, for reformulation and innovation projects, from concept development to communication and media plans.
- Effectively leverage existing and emerging nutrition science, trends and insight studies to provide differentiated solutions to regional foods and beverages teams.
- Partner with internal and external experts and to coordinate effective initiatives.
- Coordinate Nutrition Research Projects; support Science & Technology projects for LATAM
- Develop and execute internal educational campaigns on relevant nutrition topics, as well as materials to communicate benefits of the portfolio to consumers and health care professionals.
- Assess and interpret scientific evidence to develop dossiers to substantiate claims aligning with Regulatory and legal to ensure proper substantiation dossiers and claims
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- BSc in Nutrition Science
- Master degree desirable
- Advanced English written and spoken
- At least 4 years experience in Food & Beverage industry
- Research experience 1+ yr
- Flexibility to work under pressure and changing priorities
- Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Leadership, Adaptability, negotiation abilities, communication skills, proactivity
- Technical, scientific and analytic skills to interpret complex data and turn into business solution.
