**Tax Manager****Reports to**:Sr. Tax Manager Latam**Job Overview**The Tax Manager will be responsible for management and support of Tax and Accounting compliance, for the legal entities of Clarios in Latin America, in an accurate and timely manner. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that internal reports and packages are prepared in accordance with Corporate guidelines. This position will have an analyst as a direct report.**Duties**:- Coordination and management of monthly and annual tax computations and filings of all tax forms across the Latin American region and ensure compliance with the local tax laws and regulations.- Attend to information requests and audits by governmental agencies related to Federal Taxes.- Support internal audits for Tax related matters.- Monitor all new tax laws and developments and anticipate any issues or opportunities that may arise from them along with the Regional Tax lead.- In coordination with and under the guidance of the Global Tax and Accounting teams, review the U.S. GAAP and statutory calculations for taxable income, current and deferred tax as well as the return to provision adjustment- Prepare and/or supervise the consolidated submission of regional tax packages to corporate.- Manage and coordinate the process for securing the data requested by the Transfer Pricing Team documentation to meet Latin America Transfer Pricing requirements, including local filings.- Provide guidance and support to the company internal customers regarding tax guidelines.- Propose improvements in the process of determining taxes in the region.- Trains and develops tax team members through coaching and supervision.- Support on planning projects along with the leadership team.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting.- 10-15 Experience in taxes, including International Accounting Firms (Big 4) or in multi-national groups.- Experience in supervisory and/or management experience- In-depth knowledge in the accounting, taxation and regulations of Mexico- Proven experience in Taxation with Latin-American countries, Brazil and Colombia would be a plus- Strong experience in Tax Reporting for multinational groups- Use of One Source Tax Provision- Large experience in Tax Accounting/financial reporting matters- Good knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards, USGAAP and IFRS.- Knowledge about Transfer Pricing rules in Latin American countries- Proficient in English**Who we are
