Determines the most suitable manufacturing concepts related to the planned quantities of manufacture, requirements and place of manufacture. Responsibr collaborating with world experts (CoE molding) to continuously update and improve standards operational with respect to plastic injection molding. Responsibr incorporating the latest technologies and trends in the design of processes to maximize the performance and efficiency. Responsibr providing budger new tools and mold processes. Responsibr ensuring in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team of molds and processes are designed to be able to produce good products efficiently and effectively at thelowest possible cost Responsibr the coordination and monitoring of engineering changes to injection molds. Responsibr registering critical components of plastic injection molds in the tool crib area Responsibr coordinating changes and red lines of the plans, and informing the designer to execute these changes Responsibr providing training to the mold workshop area, ilure analysis, procedures and systems Responsibr reviewing with the launch team the new projects that come to the plant as well as the documentation, and monitoring of the launch process in the plant Responsibr working with the engineering team EAs, projects, launcher optimization and improvement in the process in the molding area. Responsibr providing the information and documentatir the activation of plastic injection molr the systems like SAP, Hydra, etr their production and maintenance of these. Responsibr the suppor the administration of resourcr the mold workshop area Responsibr attending meetings of molds under construction in the launch process Responsibr the development and maintenance of PFMEAS in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team.
