.Descripción y detalle de las actividadesJob Purpose: To partner with the Operations and Customer Function to achieve a step change in Inter Company, B2C with improving supplier cost, by providing a specific vision and strategic direction across Logistics & Global Mobility procurement, aligned to the overall strategic needs for Sonova. The responsibilities will include developing and implementing optimal category strategies for third-party Freight spend, as well as managing specific procurement projects/initiatives to support Sonova's broader business objectives. Manage the regional Logistic and global mobility spend. Key Tasks & Responsabilities: -Provide leadership to the Logistics North America and global Mobility procurement team -Develop and implement strategic procurement policies and procedures for logistics and mobility services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency. -Manage relationships with logistics and mobility vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and improve service quality. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and supply chain optimization within the logistics and mobility sectors. -Understand, propose and implement initiatives towards greenhouse gas emissions utilizing market intelligence and future trends. -Leverage all experiences to design and define commodity plans and use this as the platform to make informed, strategic sourcing decision and recommendations -Work collaboratively across the functions, acting with integrity, behaving like a business partner who delivers on commitments -Oversee the entire procurement process for logistics and mobility, from vendor selection and contract negotiation to order management and performance evaluation. -Manage the supply base effectively, cultivating and maintaining supplier relationships and driving enhanced performance across key metrics of cost, quality, service, and sustainability -Own the Car Fleet and Travel policy setting the standards for each country with the aim to optimize cost, supplier base whilst reducing the environmental impact.Experiência y requisitosBachelor Degree- related field. Work Experience: - 5-10 years of procurement experience in the In-Directs area with specific insight of logistics. - Ideally experience on car fleet leasing contracts. - Development of strategic category strategies. - Worked experience of owning the procurement lifecycle - Demonstrable experience of managing and resolving supplier performance issues. - Knowledge of relevant regulations, and industry standards affecting logistics in North America
