Key qualifications include:- Initiating and presenting effective tax planning strategies for diverse companies, founders, and high-net-worth individuals.- Staying updated on the tax code to ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws.- Heavy experience in preparation and review, with broad knowledge of taxation (Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, K-1s).**Personality Traits**:- Ownership mentality towards tax preparation, supporting senior tax managers.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (advanced English).- Strong time management and organizational abilities.- Self-starter capable of multitasking and working independently.- Strong analytical skills with an obsession for detail.- Willingness to dive in and meet business-critical deadlines.- Passion for process improvement and efficiency.**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time**Salary**: $23,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience filing forms like K-1, 1120, 1120s and 1099?- Do you have experience with tax filing and preparation for entities like: Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp?**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
