Your task will be:
- Ensure compliance with department indicators (Efficiency, Productivity, New Launches, Scrap, Expense, etc..)
- Ensure compliance with the Production program
- Manage Human Resources and Productive Teams
- Monitoring and compliance with Assigned Improvements
- Carry out Audits of Raw Material and By-products that may affect the operation
- Selection and Development of personnel under your responsibility.
Maintaining a Healthy Work Environment
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Finished professional career
- Advanced English
- Personnel administration and budget management
- Strategic Planning
- 5 years of experience in the metal-mechanic industry
- Knowledge in transfer presses from 900 to 2500 tons
(At the Arteaga plant we have progressive and manual transfer presses of up to 2,500 tons)
