We are looking for 20 experienced Ironworks to work on a variety of projects in Alberta and potentially across Canada.Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan are located just outside the Edmonton, Alberta Cabada area. Despite its northern location, Edmonton's community spirit and welcoming atmosphere make it a warm and inviting place to call home.**Location**: Various Projects across Alberta, Canada**Office Locations**: Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan**Employment Type**: Full-time, project-based**Work Schedule**: Morning, Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekend**Start Date**: ASAP**Number of Positions**: 25**Travel**: Required to various client sites throughout Canada (this will be facilitated by the client)**Responsibilities**:- Interpret blueprints and specifications to layout work.- Unload, stack, and position steel units for hoisting.- Erect/install scaffolding, cranes, derricks, and hoisting equipment.- Assemble rigging to move heavy materials.- Direct crane operators using hand signals/radios.- Align and secure steel units by bolting or tack welding.- Erect prefabricated metal structures.- Reinforce concrete with steel bars or wire mesh.- Install ornamental and structural metalwork.- Unload and install pre-cast components.**Skills and Experience**:- 2-3 years' experience with structural, architectural, engineering, and erection drawings.- 2-3 years' experience in rigging, hoisting, and crane operations.- Proficient with pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic tools.- 2-3 years' industrial construction experience.- Physical strength, stamina, and manual dexterity.- Safety-conscious with team collaboration skills.- Willing to work in remote locations.**Compensation and Benefits**:- Hourly Rate: $45.60 Canadian- Shift Rotations: Varies per project (5/2, 10/4, 14/7, 21/7, 6/1)- 10-hour shifts, flexible hours- Overtime: 1
