We are looking for a: Strategic Planning Director
Requirements +8 years of agency experience.
-Back of planning and strategy.
-Graduate in Marketing, Communication, Psychology or Sociology (desirable specialization in customer intelligence or related) Advanced English.
-Extensive experience in the development of brand, communication, marketing and innovation strategies for local and global clients within brand consultancies, market research or advertising agencies.
-Business development.
Activities -Market research (off and online and mystery shopper).
-Structure, analyze and synthesize research in order to generate powerful insights.
-Development of communication and brand strategies, as well as elaboration of integral plans between MKT, PR, BTL, Digital, etc., through the application of different research methodologies, analysis and Design Thinking.
- Brand building.
- Pitch development.
- Closing projects with clients.
- Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and in different countries.
- Leading local and regional projects simultaneously.
- Mentoring of new elements and work teams.
- Development of training programs and workshops for regional teams.
