**Strategy & Promotions Specialist** will identify and address any growth opportunities within albo. This role means to try new initiatives, make optimizations to maximize performance and prepare findings based on data that will rocket growth metrics.**What would you do? (responsibilities)**- Design and coordinate internal communication regarding Growth projects and Marketing campaigns within Growth team and other stakeholders- Cooperate directly with QA MKT Analyst in order to ensure best practices and quality of MKT Campaigns are met- Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.- Monitor and take strategic decision on MKT campaigns performance- Receive feedback from CS regarding Growth Campaigns from All Products- Ensure all deliverables are set and confirmed- Design and Launch Center of Excellence in Growth of internal Products, insights, realize workshops and internal trainings on relevant business issues**Who are you? (experience & skills)**Strategy, Journeys and Processes- Knowledge of key marketing or sales metrics - preferred- Intermediate or Advanced English- min. 2 years of experience in similar role: Marketing/Business Development or Project ManagementCommunication and documentation skills- Detail oriented, well organized, meets deadlines and focused on results- Great verbal and written communication skills to work effectively across departments.- Excellent multi-tasking skills.
