.**Job Summary**The Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the development and implementation of solutions to maintain and improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability of the company.**Essential Functions**- Supervise and lead engineers and technicians to achieve company's goals.- Responsible for safety goals within maintenance crew.- Works closely with cross-functional teams and OEM's to develop efficient and effective methods to support accurate and timely value driven business solutions for the both short term and longer-term strategies.- Drive the metrics of success for the Maintenance department.- Initiates, develops, and maintains relationships with suppliers and other external collaborators or contributors.- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant infrastructure.- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant Utilities.- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the productive assets of the plant.- Responsible of EAM and PM policies compliance.- Creates and develops talent within the maintenance team.- Ensure and support SQF compliance and goals.- This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
