About the role
Develop processes and standards and implement them for the correct operation of production processes related to safety, quality, productivity, cost and the environment, and be an agent of change for the needs of plant processes.
Key responsibilities
Monitor, manage and optimize resources in the production area
Develop, maintain and implement procedures for the different production technologies in accordance with the objectives established for the plant in Quality, Safety and Environment
Ensure compliance with the Kerry excel program Provide support in the quality system by following up on deviations (program changes, lack of ingredients, etc.) and customer complaints.
Ensure the implementation of the marketing process in the plant
Provide operational staff with the tools and training for compliance with GQMS
Support quality, industrial safety and continuous improvement projects
Promote and manage organizational change focused on continuous improvement of Plant Transformation
Qualifications and skills
10 years of experience in manufacturing/operations in the food industry (mandatory) Industrial, chemical, food engineering or related Advanced English (interview will be conducted in English) Effective leadership Dynamic Proactive Passion for analyzing critical situations and providing solutions in an agile manner Knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC22000 and HACCP Application of industrial safety standards
