- JOB PURPOSE--:
Primary responsibility is to provide suppor initiatives cility operations, supplier, and materials technology. Position will ensure conformity to global processes defined in the Caterpillar Management System (QMS), day to day management of resources, and ensure resources are trained and competent.-JOB DUTIES--:
The incumbent is accountabr conformity to global processes and reporting to management on QMS process execution. The role is responsibr setting priorities, establishing review schedulr product and equipment control, and managing shoor controllers.Decisions made by this position have significant impact on the reputation of company products.The incumbent interprets inspection policies and procedures and supervises the activities of bargaining unit personnel.The incumbent in this position is responsibr overseeing the execution of processes, plans and tools that support global systems or related processes i.E. Cost of Poor, APQP, PPAP, certifications, MQ11005 and MQ12005 etc. The incumbent must also ensure alignment to CPS (Caterpillar Production System) principles.Plan work and manage shoor controllers.Establish schedule of product control and equipment controlanize checking, repair of measurement devices.Conduct initial testing, selection, Confidencial and assessment of controllers.The position supervises or manages a work unit of hourly or salaried employees where planning, scheduling, Confidencial, monitoring, and reviewing work of subordinates is required,and is responsibr all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.They will engage with Component Groups, Global resources acility Management.Typical internal customers include employeom two or more work groups in a Division. The position's primary customers are internal.The position is challenged to quickly and correctly identify problems, which may not be obvious.The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelineom existing and by developing new ones. The incumbent sets priorities and establishes a work plan in order to complete broadly defined assignments and achieve desired results. Impacts key goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, Timeliness, Efficiency, Process, Part, Internal Certification, Vendor Certification, ISO 9000 Certification, etc.The position meets or exceeds standard sr the measure(s) stated.-BACKGROUND/Importante empresa--:
