**Descripción y Requisitos**

EDUCATION: Industrial or Logistics Engineer or Similar.
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience on similar position.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bilingual English - Spanish
Experience on handling people as a production supervisor
Direct execution of manufacturing operations and schedules of the entire assigned area
Ensure to enhance production daily rates with high level of quality and on time
Handle Warehouse people

Importation and exportation knowledge

Cycle Count Knowledge

Strict follow up of established procedures
Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Support, lead and coordinate all the time improvement projects

Execute root cause issue solving

Experience on Medical Device manufacturing (A plus)
Experience working with packaging Machines (A plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills with another areas & second shift.
Visa laser (Able to travel to USA)
