Reporting to the Sr Manager Supplier Enablement, we are seeking to hire someone with strong leadership skills, can make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment, and who has excellent time management skills to occupy the role of Supplier Enablement Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn and grow in a growing SaaS company.**Responsibilities**:- Lead a team of Sr Catalog and Content Analysts to carry out the daily activities of Enabling and Onboarding Suppliers.- Provide supplier support for content and catalog creation, transmission, ingestion/validation, publishing, and maintenance.- Support content standards, catalog de-duping, and de-conflicting.- Manage commercial and operational activities to enable suppliers. This includes workplan, resource, use case, order flow, and implementation management.- Understand the system process needs of different customer types and align with the capabilities of Varis- Guide suppliers through system testing and acceptance.- Work with partner teams to resolve technical issues, troubleshoot, and follow through with a sense of urgency.- Collaborate with the Product Management Team to communicate supplier-requested enhancements.Assist the Varis teams in answering functionality questions and formulating initial solution design**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience- Industry: Experience in B2B experience required, preferably in E-Commerce.- Proficiency in English for Speaking, Reading, Writing is required.- 5+ years of related experience that may include Catalog or Category analysis, supplier enablement, merchandising analysis, systems implementation, supply chain, or procurement.- Experience presenting information to clients, ideally product demonstrations, is required.- Highly Meticulous, strong attention to detail.- Customer Centric.- Experience in customer service ticketing system is required.- Strong time management and organizational skills
