Supplier Onboarding Specialist

The Supplier Onboarding Specialist is responsible to enable new users to the web platform, building new business relationships between companies and providing all the necessary information from the registration to the configuration and the use of the software to new users located in US and Brazil.**Work Experience**- Accounting- Administration- Finance- Supplier management- Invoicing- Procurement- Project Management- Training and development- Customer service- IT Help Desk**Preferred qualifications**- English business conversation (written and spoken ~90%)- Strong presentation skills, listening skills, and problem-solving skills- Able to interact with different professional profiles- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment- Use of ERPs**Basic minimum qualifications**- Bachelor's degree completed or coursing last semester (Software, communication, business, training or commerce oriented)- Use of Excel and Outlook- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software- Customer service, kindness, willingness to grow and respect- Verbal and Written communication skills- Excellent interpersonal and team skills- Self-motivated; works independently with little or no supervisionTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $19,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)- Portugués (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 64920, Monterrey, N.
