Finsa 3202, Parque Industrial FINSA 1 Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, México, 66350**Experienced Supply Chain professional, who monitors supplier performance, conducts on site assessments, and engages suppliers in issue resolution. Utilizes Supplier Development Playbook and monitors and analyzes key performance indicators to drive improvement in collaboration with suppliers.****Role Responsibilities**- Conducts onsite assessments with the buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.- Utilizes Supplier Development Playbook to improve supplier performance to Supplier Gold standards.- Collaborates with suppliers to identify and remove barriers to the implementation of CI to improve on-time delivery and quality.- Monitors supplier performance and applies sustainable countermeasures and actions in order to facilitate improvement.- Conducts and participates in production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases, including capacity confirmation to ensure a timely ramp-up to production volumes.- Supports supply chain initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinating cross-functional work team.- Engages key suppliers to initiate appropriate improvement programs to achieve and sustain high levels of performance.**Requirements**:- University degree (engineering).- Advanced English.- 3 years of experience as a Leader in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality and Engineering areas.- Experience with production capacity analysis, root cause analysis, problem solving.- Contact with suppliers.- Advanced Excel- SAP**Benefits**We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.- Have peace of mind and body with our health insurance- Drive forward your career through professional development opportunities.**Our commitment to you**Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
