POSITION OBJECTIVE
Leading the team of Supplier Quality Engineers responsible for engines produced in BRP Queretaro and Ensure Supplier Quality Levels to our Supply Chain
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow up the Complaint Management for the Mexican supply base till complaint is closed and all corrective actions are implemented
Communicate with Austrian and Hong Kong supply chain organizations for all the Q-complaints that arise on the Queretaro assembly line and follow up till the issues are fully solved.
Increase proactively the quality level of the supplied material.
Support the activities for building up a stronger supply base in Mexico together with the purchasing team.
Follow up to the product and process audits
Negotiate Quality Assurance Agreements with Suppliers
Audits
Ensure that all the 8D reports from suppliers are done properly
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Achieve the define goals like PPM
Storage time (quarantine, collective scrap, storage location 7100),
Audit status (Corrective actions closed on time)
Supplier Improvement programs results
Business volume covered under QAA
Missing or overdue 8-reports
Line down time
PSP & I Doo´s
Focus on supplier selection and supplier development
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree
**Experience**:
Min. 2 years of experience in similar role.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
