These systems include the gearcase, hydraulic midsection, and powerhead. Identify risks and implement rigorous action plans to bring suppliers to BRP standardCoordinate PPAP level requirements and compliance to the APQP Process.Propose and drive quality improvement plans for all suppliers and commoditiesCollaborate with purchasing, engineering, operations, and production quality personnel to analyze issues and support corrective actionsMaintain and develop supplier relationships; promote effective communication with regular project follow-upsContinuously influence to improve supplier performance and optimize processes to ensure a constant supply of quality parts to productionYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSEngineering Degree or 5+ years related experienceProficiency in the use of 3D modeling software (Creo)Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationProficient in the use of Microsoft suite or G Suite products
