**Job Description Summary**: Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. This person will be the interface between GE infrastructure department's internal customers and on-site suppliers such as cafeteria, vending machines, warehouse services, and other suppliers. Own supplier results, monitors KPIs, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance, and driving improvement plans where needed. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understandingto accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Person responsible for assuring the execution of supplier services on-site in accordance with the GE's quality standards and policies.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Manage supplier development including assisting key suppliers towards QA. Support suppliers in reaching optimum quality and industrial standards of excellence.- Drive quality for assigned suppliers including cafeteria, warehouse, vending machines, security guards services among others.- Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills.
