Job Description:
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Implement Assesstments to suppliers to develop them to deliver finish good product to plant
- Keep Supplier's performance (PPM's) according to Terex targets
- Assure KPI's met expected targets
- Keep continues improvement at suppliers performance
- Met all ISO/IATF/AWS requirements
Main job-specific requirements / skills:
- Quality tools knowledge: 8D reports, Pareto charts, control charts, Fishbone, 5 Whys.
- Knowledge to Develop Suppliers since assesstment phase to product release at factory
- Able to establish strategies to improve supplier PPM's through disciplined workshops
- Quality Management System knowledge (ISO9001) & Strong knowledge at ASTM norms.
- Able to establish a supplier assessments plan to keep KPI's according to expected goals
- Quality Audits knowledge: Process/Product audit, self assessment, Incoming audit.
Optional:
- Welding quality validation knowledge.
