- Continues improvement knowledge.

- Process Audit Execution.
- Cost Reduction projects experience.
- Quality Core Tools.
- Experience in dealing with Suppliers, PPAP / Supplier qualification process.
- Good knowledge in Six Sigma Methodologies.
- Quality Engineering or equivalent experience (2-3 years minimum).
- Communication level: English plus regional fluent language abilities.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis: has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes: has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma tools and advanced supplier audit experience /certified lead auditor (PVA).
- Knowledge of standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, Statistics. Performs more complex functions, understands principles and may teach others.
- Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerance. Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.
- ASQ certification in Quality or Six Sigma.
**Education**:
- Degree in an engineering/technology discipline or equivalent experience - University Degree.
