**Position Overview**
- Responsible for ensuring that suppliers meet the company's quality standards and requirements. This role involves evaluating, monitoring, and improving supplier performance, conducting audits, and resolving quality issues to ensure that supplied materials and components meet or exceed manufacturing and customer expectations.
**What you'll do**
- Coordinate efforts with the Corporate Purchasing department to approve the change of components or the introduction of New Suppliers.
- Validate the effectiveness of the documentation provided by the supplier as part of the introduction of new components / suppliers.
- Coordinate corrective action plans in cases where the raw material and / or components received do not meet the documented specifications of Levolor.
- Product Verifications and result reports.
- Keep updated the AP Approved Provider file.
- Complete the Supplier Evaluation and determine with the HQ purchasing department those Suppliers that need to be notified in order to provide an improvement plan in their current performance.
- Conduct Process audits at Supplier facilities.
- Complete the PPM Quality Indicator in Inspection Receipt and coordinate the corresponding improvement plans.
- Coordinate the Swatches program and the applicable corrective actions in order to maintain this process with an OTD> 95% and PPMs
