.**_Job Summary_**- Provide Support and leadership on Quality, product integrity and continuous improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve customer satisfaction.- Provide overall leadership and direction in support of the internal process and all other external suppliers on all BPI, Six Sigma, Quality and LEAN activities.- Define and lead projects to improve process, products and components received at the Plant Lightning Juarez in order to improve the quality and cost of non-conformance.- Define and lead process improvement projects in order to improve plant's indicators (PPM, Warranty Claims, Fill Rate, On-Time Performance, Yield, and Scrap)**_Job Responsibilities_**- Responsible to lead work's team in the deployment of Eaton Quality System, Six Sigma Projects at Lightning Plant- Along with the OPEX and Business Improvement Managers, assure identification and implementation of capital projects and cost out related to supplier improvement.- Monitors performance of feeder's quality and identify root cause and lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions on a monthly basis.- Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions on opportunities identified at the internal assessment or monthly performance operation review.- Lead & develop quality strategy and coordinate cross-functional activities to implement the Eaton Quality system at Lightning plant in order to achieve operational excellence.- Conduct Supplier Quality audits in order to identify opportunities for improvement and lead the implementation of corrective actions.- Participate and provide support in Quality System.- Support ISO 9001:2015 certification and EQS Policies.- Participate in appropriations and Capital Spending/Appropriation request for required projects.- Perform specific functions to this position as described in the Quality Manual- Ensured that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.- Performs and leads Warranty Claim and Failure Mode Investigation and Analysis; resolves warranty issues and promptly responds to customer concerns and requirements.- Provides quality performance trend analysis and reports key quality and product integrity metrics.- Provide insight and feedback related to product performance to the Manufacturing Engineering and Product Engineering groups.**Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Education level required:_- Bachelor's degree on industrial, electrical or electromechanical engineering, business administration or other science.- Preferable master's degree in quality, engineering, administration or other science.- Preferred education level:_- Minimum experience of 5-7 years in similar positions.- Technical Knowledge:_- Full Bilingual (English / Spanish)- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Preferable)- Preferable: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE certification)- Strong skills for problem solving (8D, Pareto, 5 Why's, A3, etc
