**This role is responsible for ensuring that accounting records related to conversion cost reflect the current financial information of the Business Units. Following the Financial Reporting Standards and Finance Manual to generate timely and reliable information for the correct decision-making process of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team.****This role analyzes running business processes related to cost accounting, as well as the period end close process to evaluate efficiency, standardization, automation, control and propose improvements.****Business Partner for Supply Chain Finance team, encouraging and supporting financial objectives achievement related to conversion cost.****What are we looking for?**- BS with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineer.- Minimum of 3 years of financial accounting experience.- Preferred minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain Finance (Primes, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.)- Minimum of 2 years of experience in applicable systems such as Atlas/SAP- Advanced Excel**What will be your key responsibilities?**- Enhance and validate Quality of Accounts related to conversion cost, for P&L and Balance Sheet. Follow up with Supply Chain Finance, Controlling, Commercial, Logistics, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Import & Export teams for open items, corrections, and relevant balances.- Endorse compliance with the Financial Reporting Standards and Finance Manual regarding cost operations, and shares knowledge in this regard with other areas.- Lead standardization, control, and automation of processes to identify and allocate costs correctly.- Responsible for standard product costing and annual revaluation processes.- Perform, improve, and support coordination of period end close and year end processes, ensuring a correct costs allocation at tech, brand, and customer level; as well as reconciling different financial information systems.- Coordination and calculation of Intercompany Prices (ICP's) every quarter, providing explanations to Business Units or affiliates, and validating affiliates sales profitability.- Responsible for quarterly revaluation calculation, providing explanations to Supply Chain Finance.- Teamwork with Genpact Hub to provide reliable and accurate information in a timely manner.- Global, regional, or local projects implementations.**What can you expect from Mars?**:- Work with over 130,000 like-minded and talented Associates, all guided by The Five Principles.- Join a purpose driven company, where we're striving to build the world we want tomorrow, today.- Best-in-class learning and development support from day one, including access to our in-house Mars University.- An industry competitive salary and benefits package, including company bonus.
