The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. This role is responsible for administrating the Fleet Fuel card program for Frito Lay North America. The role includes maintaining card access as well as score carding, financial reporting, key performance indicator report generation, and issue resolution.
Your Impact: As a Supply Chain Fleet Data Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Responsible for accurate record keeping of all current and past card holdersActivation of new users and de-activation of terminated usersConduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve any discrepanciesResponsible for daily, weekly and period reportingProactive tracking and alerts for discovered card usage concernsResolve any vendor or customer inquiriesCreation and maintenance of scorecard and dashboard reportingImprove processes and deliver productivity for Fuel card programQualificationsWho Are We Looking For? Education Bachelor's degreeExperience Fluent in English6 months - 2 years of Data Analytics experienceAdvanced ExcelProduce/review various performance reports to drive resultsManage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
