The incumbent provides dotted line leadership for non-supply chain Logistics Manager, when applicable.This position provides leadership and direction to supply chain teams responsible for the management of all facility supply functions in alignment with the Order-to-Delivery SAI and the Velocity CSF. The incumbent ensures that the supply chain divisions manage supply chain processes aligned with the CPS Supply Chain Process Manual and adherence to the CPS Supply Chain Rules. Collaborate with Product Managers to create a competitive advantage for our customers and the enterprise by developing, optimizing, and integrating supply base, while delivering local service excellence.Supply chain span of control includes supply chain processes, planning, supplier development, material requirements, inventory management, demand and orders management, supply chain performance and logistics. Incumbent leads efforts for a Product Distribution Center.As a member of the Business Unit Leadership Team, incumbent provides input to business unit goals and strategy development. Incumbent is accountable for development of the supply chain organizational design, supplier development, key enterprise inventory metrics, point of use material availability, prime product availability, service parts availability and reduction of cash to cash cycle time.Incumbent is accountable for supplier development - utilizing the QCLDM supplier development and measurement tool the incumbent will ensure an ongoing improvement plan is in effect with key suppliers. This will require relationship building at senior levels with the suppliers that encourage trust, professionalism and continuous improvement
