.**Supply Chain Manager**Major Tasks1. Manage all site supply chain activities while balancing fluctuating demands in dynamic markets to meet the financial and operational goals of the SCM department. Especially meeting our financial objectives (e.G. writeoffs, potential loss sales, inventory) and SCM objectives (e.G. sOTIF, Case Fill Rate, PPA and PLS).2. Manage raw material, packaging component, work in-process, and finished good inventory assets of approximately $20 million EUR in total with a Net Primary Cost 1.75 Mio EUR (Opex)3. Ensuring the optimization of procedures and processes at the site as well as those interrelated to division Supply Chain, Project Management, Warehousing, Procurement, and Product Lifecycle Management. Implement the Bayer production system (PSS) with special focus on efficiency, flexibility and continuous improvement.4. Lead process improvement initiatives to optimize cross-functional activities within the site, division, and with external customers and suppliers.5. Understanding the needs of our customers and consumers properly and delivering the product exactly as needed.6. Implement state-of-the-art Supplier OTIF infrastructure and improve Supplier performance (with Procurement).7. Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws. Appropriately use all systems available (e.G. SAP, APO)8. Responsible for review and definition of lead times for entire supply chain (end to end).9. Lead digital initiatives within Smart Factory program in the area of supply chain (end to end), drive efficiencies through RPA´s or process improvements viadigitalization10. Develop talent with a focus on diversity & inclusionSkills & Educational Requirements:- Level of Education: Bachelor's degree- Languages: Spanish (fluently, ideally native speaking), Advanced English (C1 or 800 TOEIC Points)- Special Knowledge: SAP R/3, APO, MS Office. Experience requirements: Work experience: 8 years in SCM in chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG or similar industry. At least 3 years as manager or leadership position.
