**Supply Chain Manager**, in this role you will be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing our client's supply chain operations. **What You'll Do**:
- Utilize data and sales trends to develop accurate inventory forecasts
- Maintain strong and collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable product supply
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure favorable agreements
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
- Optimize reorder points and lead times
- Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and address any logístical issues that may arise.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and resilience to external disruptions.
**What You Need**:
- 5+ Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced Start-Up environment
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies and tools.

- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
