This role is responsible for optimizing our New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely sample delivery, cost management, and inventory optimization for various markets.You will collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth efficiently and effectively, leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing strategies to improve EBU's NPI sample processManaging internal communication and prioritization processes for NPI samplesDriving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory managementSupporting corporate-level initiatives related to NPI process standardizationLiaising with cross-functional teams to discuss demand status and inventory allocationEnsuring smooth transition from NPI to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or technical degree is a plus5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, engineering, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills, including data synthesis and strategy developmentProven ability to manage cross-team projects and programsAbout MicronWe are committed to innovation, customer satisfaction, and manufacturing excellence.
