Communicates effectively and efficiently the supply and production risks that arise in the chain, mitigating risks through short-, medium- and long-term tactical strategies. Come join our team!**What you'll be doing**- Formulating & communicating short to mid-term tactical plans that balance supply & demand- Proactively managing supply chain risks e.g. low cover and escalate issues where appropriate.- Aligning transfer orders to demand and send to ERP &/or local shipping system for execution.- Reviewing transfer order exceptions and cancel, decrease or postpone orders if necessary- Collaborating with Plant Schedulers, Demand planners, W&D, Cluster fulfilment, Commercial & Manufacturing to resolve supply risks & issues.- Leading OPLAN review with key stakeholders e.g. Plant management- Supporting the Network manager with regional and/or Global SI&OP input.- Monitoring supply chain performance, review & approve planning parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Being accountable for achieving Inventory targets- Providing input to financial planning and forecasting processes**What you'll bring**- Bachelor's Degree required related in Manufacturing planning, Industrial Engineering, Business administration, Supply Chain Management- planning, logistics.- 3-5 years of related experience in Manufacturing planning processes (scheduler desirable), Supply Chain Experience in similar scale supply chain role- Proficient technical skills, experience with RapidResponse or other relevant planning systems- Proven stakeholder management skills (including influencing, communication negotiating and conflict management) and experience in a geographically diverse, matrix organization.- Basic Project management skill and lean/continuous improvement.- Procurement planning: in-depth understanding of how to control inventory levels based on Re-Order Point/Lead Time/safety stock.- Advanced English- APICS desirable- Excel Advanced- Knowledge of Planning tools desirable**Competencies**:- Communication.- Focus on clientele.- Self-management- Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.- Management of ambiguity.**Reasonable Accommodations****Recruitment Fraud Notice**Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
