**What you will do?**:
**Under general direction of the JCI organization and implementing systems plus manufacturing Engineering activities to have the workstreams fully implemented and able to report standard cost and perpetual inventory.**:
**The Program Manager will lead Manufacturing Operating Systems implementation for all chillers BU; maintain ownership on managing cross-functional team planning and execution aimed to meet their respective deliverables on a sufficient and timely manner ensuring Operating System Program progress to overall master plan; and, provide continual updates to JCI - Chillers Leadership stakeholders on Chillers workstreams implementation to master plan, with full use of an escalation process to request leadership support on program issues not resolved.**:
**This role will hold broad / extensive responsibility for developing and implementing the proper workstreams following the JCI operating systems including the ERP's set ups and parameters needed plus work centers, product families, validating the drawings, developing the routings with all proper cycle times using the most advance lean manufacturing tools such 5S, standardized work Kaizen and immediately providing feedback for the findings during the initial validation stage. As a result of the above-described activities the organization will be able to report the standard cost and have a full perpetual inventory.**:
