RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Supply Management Planner Temp**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Coahuila JD Shared Svcs-Cylinders**Function**: Supply Management / Logistics**Main Responsibilities**:- Ensures availability of direct material in support of the OFP process for multiple facilities as part of Shared Services.- Planning Services.- Participates on multi-functional teams that work on improving the Supply Management OFP process of procuring direct material to support production.- Manages the assigned less complex suppliers in such a manner that the relationship with the supplier ensures not only the supplier's performance, but also the flow of material from the supplier to the manufacturing unit to support daily production needs.- Assigns Achieving Excellence non-conformances for Delivery and provides input on Wavelength and Technical Support for the suppliers assigned.- Runs ZMDELINQ.- Supplier Delinquency report to assess impending issues with supply of material.- Processes HPRs- Hot Part Requests from various units to ensure continuous supply of material and sets up expedited freight when required.- Processes MRP Exception messages from EPR system (SAP).- Uses CSR (Critical Shortage Report) to discover trends and lead continuous improvement efforts with suppliers such that future supply issues may be avoided.- Ensures proper ASN submission from suppliers, and worked all aged ASNs such that suppliers are paid in a timely fashion.**What Skills You Need**:- Knowledge of unit processes and operations.- Has a good understanding of the principles and can independently use the knowledge.- Good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.- Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc.- Less than 1 year Work experience in a team environment.- Availability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.- 95% spoken and written English.**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Experience in OFP Supply Management.- Experience in Material Flow.**Education**:Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, etc.
