Come, be a part of our exciting journey!**- **Responsibilities**:_- Process requests on the system.- Creation of accounts uploading all the permits and legal documentation so that a vehicle in US can run through the legalization process to be able to go from one state to another.- Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up.- Register all cases, inquiries and calls in tracking tool.- **Qualifications**:_- Previous experience in Customer Service.- Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel- Schedule availability to cover 24/7 process.- Be a team player to with problem solving attitude.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $13,600.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to work onsite?
