.We need a person responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, a person who can play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.Supply chain managers develop and monitor a company's supply chain strategy.Their goal is to improve productivity and efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality material for their company.Supply chain managers keep track of logistics and update the company's inventory. They analyze operational performance and resolve issues. They also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.G. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Create the company's supply chain strategy- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly- Maintain supply chain inventory and records- Find the best price for the purchase of materials or components without sacrificing quality- Resolve issues that come up (e.G. delays in delivery, accidents)- Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals- Analyzing supply chain data and performance- Negotiation and updating of manufacturing and delivery times (meet quality and safety standards)- Maintaining inventory- Have control of budgets- Control and records of expenses- Investigate, quote, negotiate, buy, coordinate and monitor the manufacture of key materials and components necessary for the development of the product- Coordinate customs process (e.G. shipping, delivery)- Track delivery times and costs (imports and exports)**Requirements**:- 90% English level (Communication with international suppliers)- Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field (minimum 2 years)- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes- Strong communication skills- Excellent organizational and project management skills- Attention to detail- Creative problem-solving- A strategic and analytical mind- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field- Experience in the development of new technology products: materials and components for firmware and hardware areas**Skills & Proficiencies**- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar field.- Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant software and systems.- Great project management and problem-solving skills.- Analysis- Professionalism- Inventory Control- Verbal Communication- Attention to Detail- Accuracy- Multitask- Teamwork- Patience- Anticipates Needs- FlexibilityTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $18,000
