**What your background should look like**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manages cross functional projects.
- Works with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance and other functions across TE to identify risks and assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations.
- Ensure that project teams work in an efficient manner to meet project goals.
- Defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of program.
- Identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution.
- Adherence to LEANPD process

**Knowledge, skills & innovation**:

- Thorough knowledge of technical tools specific to the job function: e.g.
CAD, CAE, industrial or quality engineering tools.
- Thorough knowledge of general engineering tools (LEAN or 6-sigma) such as DoE, FMEA, QFD, etc.
- Deep technical knowledge of the product domain the engineer is working in

**Scope of responsibility**:

- Influence in present role for multiple projects.
- Contributes to multiple project level technology and product decisions.
- Contributes to technical function initiatives across multiple projects

**Must haves**:

- Bachelor's degree
- English
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role
- Experience working with NPI
