Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Oversee and coordinate product processing.Monitor backorder reports and production scheduling; coordinate resources toensure minimal backorders and overall quality of the items produced.Create inventory transfers and production orders to meet established production schedules and service levels.Create necessary paperwork, complete all required functions, and ensure the electronic receipt of finished goods while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory functions.Ensure inventory integrity for components and finished products.Communicate with product divisions on backordered and substitute items.Act as back-up for production equipment, material handling, and warehouse operations.Develop and mentor staff through onboarding, open communication, training, and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.Required Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications:Previous SAP and Catalyst experience.At least 2 years of previous production experience.Previous experience as a department lead or supervisor is a plus.At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing team members.Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
