Moreover, the in-depth work undertaken with our suppliers on social and environmental factors is an undeniable asset in our business continuity.**His/Her mission**:- Ensure ingredients and raw materials used in formulas and packaging are traceable and sustainably sourced.- Packaging Sustainable Sourcing **portfolio assessment** and **action plan definition**- Deploying the sustainable sourcing roadmap for L'Oréal Packaging recycled plastic portfolio by developing an in-depth understanding of the supply chains traceability.- Perform environmental and social risks assessment based on existing sustainable sourcing methodologies.- Develop knowledge of sustainable standards as well as identifying relevant experts and third parties for recycled plastic sustainable sourcing.- Define with suppliers and KSM corrective action plans, follow-up / Securitization strategy- For specific prioritized supply chains at risk in your zone, supervise field audits design and organization, as well as following up with the support action plan design
