**Location: (San Diego, CA / Tijuana, BC onsite )**
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational processes to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Own and develop processes and initiatives for daily operations, including warehousing, compliance, interdepartmental workflows, transportation, technologies, and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with section 321, type 86 and RFE industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.
- Collaborate and coach other departments laterally to streamline business processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage Operations, indirect and systems budgets, hardware and infrastructure needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate and engage in deploying workflow, user testing and solution design in SAAS technology WMS, ERP, Middleware,
- Own strategic partnerships and deliverables within partner facilities / operations
- experience in carrier management,
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to thrive in an environment of a startup, with resources being deployed and de eloping processes from concept to live environment.
