We are now hiring a T&D Project Coordinator to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role will support the successful execution of global T&D projects and system implementations. Are you ready to help us unlock the potential in everyone every day?**Accountabilities**:You will coordinate and support the planning, execution, and completion of global T&D projects and system implementations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project collaborators, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners. You will assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and issues. You will also track project progress and generate regular status reports using Smartsheet. Are you ready to drive continuous improvement in T&D initiatives?**Essential Skills/Experience**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field- 2+ years' experience in project coordination, preferably in a global or cross-functional environment- Strong project management skills including ability to develop and implement project plans- Highly organised planning skills with a strong initiative and highly methodical approach- Excellent interpersonal skills- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software- Proficient in the use of project management tools and software, such as JIRA- High attention to detail**Desirable Skills/Experience**:- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training technology solutions is a plus- PMP certification is helpful but not requiredWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we ignite bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
